Q: How do you accept payments?

A: We accept payments multiple ways. Our most common and easiest method of payments is via cash app ($TheFareWay). We also accept payments via Pay-Pal, Western Union, and we are currently working to have an integrated system online which you will be able to pay directly at thefareway.org

Q: Do you provide discounts for those travelling in the event of an emergency?

A: Yes, if you are travelling for a death / serious illness please send to your agent requested documentation and we will waive our booking fee.

Q: If I send over funds for a payment plan or an account and decide no longer to travel, will I be reimbursed?

A: If your funds have not already been used to secure your travel you will be allowed an 80% refund. If your funds have been used to secure payments it is up to the discretion of the airline, cruise ship or hotel you all are booked through.

Q: What does The Fare Way do if I find a flight or hotel less than you all have quoted?

A: It is very seldom that you will find travel discounted lower than we are advertising, especially through a Travel Agency. If however, you do find a travel agent offering lower prices. Please send me there quote and we will consider honoring that price.

Q: If I collect sky miles with various airlines will I still be able to claim them when purchasing through The Fare Way

A: Absolutely! You have earned those miles. Enjoy them 😊

Q: Do you accept payments via sky mile credits?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept payments via skymiles

Q: What do I need to do if I need wheel-chair assistance?

A: Please share with your consultant prior to your travel that you will need wheel-chair assistance and we will set it up for you. All you will need to do is go to your specific airline counter and explain you are waiting on assistance. Please arrive at least an additional 45 minutes early at the airport as there is often a wait on wheelchairs

Q: Do you serve unaccompanied minors?

A: Yes, if you have a youth under the age of 13 please let us know so that we can ensure additional safety while travelling. If you have a youth over the age of 13 with a delayed mental capacity please let us now as we can decide for them as well. Ask a consultant how much it will cost for unaccompanied minors as it is different per airline policy.
